Tailor-made e-learning
Large companies may choose on-line learning to make cost savings or to standardise training delivery. Unfortunately ‘off the shelf’ packages will not reflect the Company’s culture, brand or particular procedures. We can design a range of on-line training courses tailor-made to your requirements.
We work with experienced e-learning provider Grass Roots PLC to design on-line courses that reflect your operation and are suited to your employees. We start by familiarising ourselves with your company and then together with you draw up a range of learning outcomes that the course needs to achieve. These may reflect only those in the CIEH course syllabus or may be expanded to include other areas e.g. food quality and customer service.
We can then provide you with options for the type of online course you would prefer e.g. cartoon animation, virtual reality, video etc. We can organise photo and video shoots if necessary to ensure the e-learning reflects your operation.
EHOs often criticise e-learning courses as lacking the necessary content or being factually incorrect. They also have concerns that the testing methods utilised are too easy and that cheating is possible. Our experience and expertise in this area enables us to design the course in such a way as to allay their fears.
