 About Our Service

Large enough to cope but small enough to care’ is a statement that best describes our company. We’re passionate about food hygiene and health and safety and want to make it as easy as possible for you to maintain high standards and comply with the law.

  • We give you peace of mind that you are legally compliant or if not, what the most practical and cost effective solutions to achieve this are.
  • We tailor our services to suit you – whether you choose to outsource all your auditing and training to us or consult us when you need a second opinion or have a specific project you wish us to carry out.
  • We are fully qualified and highly professional specialists. By working in partnership with you we can enhance your reputation with EHOs and with your customers.
  • We are friendly, reliable, confidential and quick to respond. We are happy to go the extra mile to assist and support you.
  • We listen to you carefully to make sure that we provide the assistance you need and regularly check that you are delighted with our services.
  • We have extensive enforcement experience so recognise situations when EHOs will and won’t take legal action and can liaise confidently with EHOs or challenge their decisions if required.
  • We save you money by not ‘playing it safe’ and introducing a fear of food safety hazards that aren’t serious or are unlikely to occur.
  • We keep you up-to-date with any useful and innovative food safety solutions that make their lives easier and legal compliance cheaper.
  • We make our food safety training courses fun and interesting so that trainees can relax and plan how they should change their behaviour – rather than just worrying about the test at the end of the day.
  • We tailor our training course content on the day for those with different experience, learning speeds and languages. That way the food safety messages remain relevant and trainees leave motivated to make a difference back in the workplace.
